These terms apply when you use estimatingacademy.org, run by Construction Estimating Academy (“CEA”, “we”). By creating an account or buying from us, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your login or let others take courses under your name.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing paid content or abusing the site.
Courses, webinars and downloads
- When you enroll in a course or buy a template, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own learning and work. You may use the templates on your own projects.
- You may not copy, resell, publish or share course videos, lessons, quizzes or files, or record live webinars, without our written permission.
- Live webinars run on the date and time shown. If we need to reschedule, we will tell registrants by email and keep your seat for the new date.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown before you order. You pay by bank transfer or e-wallet using the details given with your order.
- After you upload your proof of payment, we check it and then open your course, seat or download. We may reject a proof we cannot match to a payment and will tell you why.

Certificates
You earn a certificate of completion by finishing every lesson and passing the required quizzes. Each certificate has a number anyone can verify on this site. We may revoke a certificate obtained dishonestly. A certificate shows that you completed our course; it is not a government license or professional accreditation.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break into the site or other accounts, overload it, scrape paid content, upload harmful files or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The courses, videos, text, templates and branding on this site belong to CEA or our instructors and are protected by copyright.
Disclaimer
Our training teaches estimating methods and practice. Every project is different: you remain responsible for the estimates and bids you prepare, and we are not liable for business decisions based on them. The site is provided as is; we work to keep it available but cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
